Terms of Purchase

By completing checkout and submitting payment, buyers confirm they have read and acknowledged all product descriptions, safety warnings and usage limitations posted on product pages. Buyers warrant that they will only purchase products for personal residential use, and will not resell, redistribute or modify purchased items for commercial secondary sales without written authorization.

All listed product prices exclude cross-border import duties, customs clearance fees and local consumption taxes. Additional fees imposed by destination customs authorities shall be borne solely by buyers. We do not offer tariff reimbursement or customs dispute assistance for individual cross-border orders under standard trade rules.

We reserve the right to adjust product pricing and inventory status without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect paid confirmed orders. If inventory shortages occur after payment confirmation, we will notify buyers within 48 hours and offer full order refunds or equivalent product substitutions with written consent.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information including recipient name, detailed address and valid contact information. We are not liable for delivery failures, parcel returns or loss caused by incorrect user-submitted shipping details.

Users must follow official safety guidelines for all pest control products. We disclaim liability for personal injury, property corrosion or environmental damage caused by improper storage, overuse or placement in restricted areas against labeled instructions.

All purchase-related disputes shall be governed by international cross-border e-commerce trade conventions. Any unresolved claims must be submitted within 60 days after order delivery, and will be resolved based on official order records, logistics proofs and product label specifications.
