Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be queued for shipment on the first subsequent working day. We do not provide expedited same-day shipping for standard cross-border orders by default.

Standard cross-border shipping takes 7-18 business days depending on destination regions and local customs clearance efficiency. Remote areas may extend transit time by 5-7 additional business days, and we cannot guarantee fixed delivery dates for remote zone shipments.

We ship pest control products via licensed logistics carriers qualified for chemical daily goods transportation. All baits and aerosol items follow international air and sea shipping restrictions, and some aerosol variants will be switched to surface shipping automatically to avoid customs seizure.

Buyers are liable for all destination country customs duties, import taxes and clearance brokerage fees. We will declare accurate product value and commodity category for customs inspection, and will not engage in false declaration to evade official regulatory requirements.

Address modification requests can only be accepted before parcel dispatch. Once the order enters logistics sorting, no address alteration is allowed. Incorrect addresses leading to return-to-sender will incur return shipping fees deducted from buyer refunds.

For confirmed lost or stolen parcels verified by logistics providers, we will arrange free reshipment or full refund without extra charges. Claims for missing items must be submitted within 20 business days after shipment confirmation with official logistics proof.
