Full refunds are available for orders damaged or lost during official logistics transit. Users must submit valid proof including parcel outer packaging photos, logistics exception records within 14 days after estimated delivery date, and we will process refund reviews without requiring item return.
Partial refunds are granted for items with minor non-functional defects such as outer box scratches, without impact on internal product usage. The refund proportion is assessed based on defect severity, and partial refund requests will not require users to return the defective goods to cut cross-border return logistics costs.
No refunds will be approved for opened, used or partially consumed pest control baits and aerosols. These disposable chemical goods cannot be restocked or resold due to hygiene and safety regulations, even if users claim unsatisfactory pest removal effects after standard use.
All voluntary cancellation requests for unpaid orders are approved instantly. For paid but undelivered orders, users can apply for order cancellation within 24 hours of payment; cancellation beyond this timeframe will deduct actual warehouse handling and labeling fees from the refund amount.
Refund processing takes 3 to 5 business days for internal review. All approved funds will be credited back via the original payment gateway, and arrival time varies depending on bank cross-border settlement rules beyond our control.
We do not cover return shipping fees for user-initiated voluntary returns. Shipping insurance fees paid during order checkout are non-refundable separately and cannot be transferred to other orders or future purchases.
